Welcome to a Greener Futures...
Greener Futures was an idea launched in 2002 as a way to deliver high-quality, tailored results to leaders, businesses, nonprofits, universities, associations, and communities of all types. By leveraging the experience, knowledge, and training of a network of experts from academia, business, and the nonprofit sector, we bring value to any project...
Sustainability Planning & Implementation
Have an interest in "going green" and becoming more sustainable, but don't know where to start or where to go next? We help to develop an initial assessment, identify, prioritize, and measure areas of improvement (and areas where you're doing well), along with a short, medium, and long-term timeline for change.
Education & Training
We develop training programs and educational materials and programs for in-house use, getting staff and stakeholders up to speed on a particular topic or practice of skills sets (environmental communication, consensus-building, sustainable plans, policies, practices, and thinking). We also develop education materials and training for external stakeholders in order to connect, influence, and change.
Project-Specific Research, Funding, & Implementation
Maybe organization or system-wide change is not needed, but it's a discrete project where assistance is needed? We apply the same system-wide approaches to sustainability and organizational effectiveness to smaller projects of all types.
External Relations, Funding, Communications, & Partnership Development
Rarely does business get done anymore without the involvement of strategic partnerships. We help identify stakeholder groups, areas for partnerships, and ways to partner--and then we work to develop and manage these innovative partnerships.
We look to intervene, problem-solve, and deliver real value to each client in an authentic way. The work we do leads organizations, and the people who make them run, to improved performance and leadership. Learn more about Greener Futures and then let us know how we can help you deliver for profit, planet, and promise.
